Though this does not mean your credit will be completely repaired within 90 days. However, you should still see some of your questionable negative items deleted in this period, or you’re entitled to invoke the money-back guarantee, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. The CreditStryke 90-day money-back guarantee will be strictly subject to your compliance with the following terms and conditions:

  • Eligibility for a 90-day refund does not begin until day 90. A client must be an active participant in a CreditStryke program for at least 90 days. Cancellation of service or failure to pay during the program’s initial 90 days does void this 90-day guarantee.
  • You must not create or cause any new derogatory trade lines or inquiries to be added to your credit report after your participation commences in the applicable program;
  • You submit all payments due and owing to CreditStryke, LLC per this agreement on time.
  • You immediately mail, fax, or email CreditStryke, LLC, all correspondence relating in any way to your credit reports within seven (“7”) days of receiving said correspondence.
  • You mail, fax, or email to CreditStryke, LLC proof of your identity such as a copy of your social security card and an exact copy of your state-issued driver’s license within five (“5”) days of the effective date of your CreditStryke services agreement.
  • You agree to give CreditStryke, LLC thirty (“30”) days from the date you have requested a refund to allow CreditStryke, LLC adequate time to review your most recent credit bureaus and audit your accounts to verify that no negative items have been removed from your credit reports and to ascertain the reason for the lack of progress.
  • Refunds are limited to payments made for the initial 90 days of credit repair service only. (ex. If a client has been an active participant in service for 150 days, with no change made to their credit history, the client can request a refund, but that refund will be limited to 90 days of credit repair service).
